IMAGING

Our design tool assesses the resolution of each uploaded image, considering its pixel count and the chosen print size. If your photo doesn’t meet the minimum quality requirements, a warning will appear, allowing you to upload a higher-quality image or proceed “as is.” Please note, if you choose to proceed with a low-quality photo, we cannot offer reprints if the result is unsatisfactory. We recommend using high-resolution images for the best print quality.
Absolutely! Our online design tool lets you add stylized text within your photo’s print boundaries, offering various font styles, colors, and sizes. For more elaborate text or word art designs, please contact us for graphic design assistance.
Our online photo editor allows you to crop, adjust, and customize your photos for all our products. Once you approve your project and place your order, a print-ready file is generated and queued for printing
It is important to understand that the colours depicted in the online previews will vary somewhat from the actual printed product and we cannot guarantee it will match your screen.
 
Here are the reasons why…. Backlighting – When you view your images on electronic devices (computer monitor, smartphone, tablet, etc.), they have illuminated displays. The colours, details and overall appearance will look very bright and vibrant. Printed products are not illuminated, even though the artwork printed on them closely match the original image files, they will always appear darker.  
 
Material – Depending on the type of substrate you order (i.e., canvas, metal, wood, or fine art photo paper) there will be varying degrees of tonal changes, colour saturation and clarity. Each material has its own unique qualities and characteristics which will influence the appearance of the print. 
 
Calibration – To get better colour accuracy and consistency when submitting print work, we strongly recommend colour calibrating your displays with a professional device such as X-Rite i1 Display Pro or Datacolor Spyder X Pro. Non-calibrated displays will always have incorrect RGB levels, brightness and contrast settings leaving you with inaccurate visual representations and constant guesswork. Not to worry though, all of our in-house systems are professionally calibrated and configured to output the best results on our printing equipment. So if you are not able to calibrate your systems, we’ve got you covered. 
 
RGB -> CMYK – Your RGB images will be translated to CMYK as our printers use CMYK inks. The printed photo art and colours will be perceptually similar but it will not match your screen exactly as slight variances occur when translating from one colour space to another.  Note: If colour matching is a requirement for your photo print project, we suggest you request a sample print to review prior to placing larger order. Another great option could be to work with your nearest Pro Photo Lab.
Yes, depending on the custom photo product you are ordering, you’ll have access to various photo customization and enhancement options in our online editor. Once your order is submitted, your image files will undergo a quick enhancement process to optimize levels, brightness, contrast, vibrancy, and sharpness as needed. If you require additional custom enhancements or professional photo editing services, please contact us for design support.

If you prefer, you can send us your photography or artwork files in alternative formats.

If your file size exceeds email limits, you can use file transfer services such as Dropbox, SendFile, or WeTransfer to share your files.

For files stored on cloud platforms like Google Drive, OneDrive, or iCloud, simply select the high-resolution version and share the file(s) with us at [email protected].

We provide a wide variety of print sizes, each designed to align with standard aspect ratios. To minimize or avoid excessive cropping of your photo, it’s essential to select a print size that matches your image’s native aspect ratio.

You can access the Canvas n’ Decor Canada website and photo editor from any computer, smartphone, or tablet. We recommend placing your orders directly through our website, as the process is designed to be simple and efficient for both you and our team. If you’re looking for a custom size that isn’t listed online, no problem—just email us, and we’ll happily assist you with your order.

All current deals, promotions, and their conditions are outlined on our Promotions Page. Occasionally, email subscribers to our newsletter may receive exclusive, limited-time offers not available to the public.

As a bonus, we offer a free custom HD metal photo print or canvas print with every order, depending on the amount you spend. To redeem your free print, simply place your order and email the image you’d like us to use, along with your Order ID #, to our team.

Note: Free print redemption requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order.

Yes, we offer white-label services for all reseller accounts. If you need white labeling or have any questions, please contact us for more details.

Our website already features aggressively discounted pricing. We’re confident that our value—combining quality, price, and service—is among the best in Canada. While additional discounts or free prints may be possible for bulk orders, this depends on factors like quantity, sizes, and specific order requirements.

If your primary concern is the lowest price, there are suppliers offering cheap prints, but beware of the poor quality. At Canvas n’ Decor, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products, not low-grade prints.

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window to do so. This is because we process a high volume of orders and begin production quickly. Unfortunately, cancellation requests made after this time cannot be accommodated as your order may already be in production.

If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we’ll process a full refund within 48-72 hours.

  • Custom Printed Orders: Custom goods are final sale as they are tailored to your specifications. If there’s a defect, please provide photos or videos showing the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

  • Stock Item Orders: All stock wall art and home decor items are final sale due to seasonal inventory changes. We cannot accept exchanges or returns.
All purchases are final sale. Returns are not accepted for any items, including those showing normal wear and tear.
Please ensure the billing address entered matches the one associated with your credit card. If the issue persists, contact your bank directly to resolve the problem.
Gift cards are not currently available for online purchase. However, you can contact us directly to purchase one by email. Once issued, gift cards can only be redeemed via email.
Yes, pre-ordering allows you to secure an item before it becomes available. Once the item is ready, we’ll notify you that it has shipped.

While most packages arrive on time, during periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, courier networks may experience congestion or delays that are entirely beyond our control.

Please note that our logistics team maintains daily communication with our courier partners, and we do everything possible to ensure timely deliveries. However, once a package is in transit, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by courier disruptions.

As all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for late deliveries.

Yes! We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $149.

To qualify, your cart subtotal must meet or exceed $149 after any promotional discounts have been applied. Please note that sales taxes and any additional shipping charges are not included in the subtotal.

No, we do not ship with Canada Post. All orders are shipped using reliable couriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure expedited delivery. Rest assured, your delivery times will not be impacted.

For orders that don’t qualify for free shipping, we charge a flat rate of $16.99 for ground shipping anywhere in Canada, except for the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

We work with trusted courier services like UPS, GLS, Canpar, Canada Post, and Purolator. Couriers may impose surcharges for deliveries to rural or extended delivery areas.

If your shipping postal code falls within one of these zones, a surcharge may apply. If this happens, our customer service team will reach out to notify you.

We ship anywhere within Canada through our online store, canvasndecor.ca. If you’d like to ship your order outside of Canada, please contact our team for assistance.

We take great care to ensure your order is securely packaged with durable materials. Out of the thousands of shipments we send each year, very few experience damage during transit.

If your package does arrive damaged, don’t worry—we’ll happily replace your photo art and ship it to you again.

No, unfortunately, local pickup is not available at this time as our business and operations are undergoing restructuring for 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Our standard shipping service is ground delivery across Canada (excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon).
